Preference will be given to cash offers, including cash offers at or exceeding the suggested minimum offer price. Preference will also be given to those offers for the purchase of multiple parcels. Contract for deed offers will be considered.
Please include parcel number(s), purchase price, terms, and any special conditions of offer, as well as a return address and daytime phone number. There is no official deadline for the placement of offers. All land sale parcels are subject to sale agreement at anytime by Minnesota Power.
