point of beginning, thence at right angles to the South a
distance of 180.0 ft. to a point, thence at right angles to
the West a distance of 165.0 ft. to a point, thence at right
angles to the North a distance of 180 ft. to a point, thence
at right angles to the East along the East-West 1/4 Section
line a distance of 165.0 ft. to the point of beginning, containing
0.68 acres and subject to the rights therein granted to Arthur
